What if something happens to the package or the courier disappears?
Мы несем полную материальную ответственность по договору. В случае утери или порчи Вашей посылки, мы в течение 3-5 дней возвращаем Вам стоимость посылки. Вы ничего не теряете.
How is an unclaimed order or part of it returned?
Бесплатно предоставляем возможность частичного выкупа Заказа. В этом случае, во время получения заказа клиент может произвести примерку/проверку товарных позиций, а также отказаться от одной или нескольких позиций в Заказе.
• Все не выкупленные или отмененные заказы бесплатно возвращаются в интернет-магазин на следующий день вместе с очередным забором.
• В случае не доставленного заказа, например из-за отсутствия получателя на месте доставки, наша курьерская служба ежедневно в течении 3х дней информирует получателя о нахождении его заказа на складе и договаривается о времени доставки.
• Перенос курьерской доставки заказа на другой день или отмена доставки без приезда на адрес не тарифицируется, при этом вы в личном кабинете можете видеть причину, по которой доставка не состоялась.

What are the daily delivery intervals?
В доставке необходимо соблюдать 3х часовой интервал.
Однако, если товар находится на нашем складе под ответственное хранение, возможны и исключения.
